Traditional Suhoor Menus around the World.
What is suhoor?
Suhoor is the pre-fasting meal eaten by muslims worldwide before the break of dawn. suhoor is essential as it is a sunnah (habbits followed by the holy Prophet Muhammed, peace be upon him) another reason being the fact that muslims abstain from not just food but even water from dawn to dask, the fasting hours. Hence it is essential to keep the body hydrated and nourished for the whole day.
