- .800-100 gms whole chicken skinless, cut into medium to small pieces.
- 1 cup oil divided in two portions
- 4 medium to large tomatoes cut into 4s
- 2 medim-small red onions thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon ginger garlic past
- about 4 green chillies
- 1 medium sizes lemon
- 1 tablespoon red chilli powder/flakes
- 1 tblspn coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 tblspn cumin and garam masala powder
