Ingredients

Serves around 4-6 persons

Cooking Time:20-25 minutes

  • .800-100 gms whole chicken skinless, cut into medium to small pieces.
  • 1 cup oil divided in two portions
  • 4 medium to large tomatoes cut into 4s
  • 2 medim-small red onions thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon ginger garlic past
  • about 4 green chillies
  • 1 medium sizes lemon
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder/flakes
  • 1 tblspn coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tblspn cumin and garam masala powder
