Mint Chutney

Mint chutney is one of the most popular chutneys, which is perfect to be served with almost everything from samosas to beef biryani. It has a most refreshing taste that savours and compliments the taste all its served with.
Ingredients
- Yoghurt (1/2 cups)
- Mint leaves (about a handfull or one bunch)
- Coriander leaves with a few stems (a small handful less than the mint )
- Green Chillies (about 4 small sized)
- Salt ( to taste)
- Garlic (about 2 medium cloves)
Method
Separate the mint and coriander leaves from the stems. thoroughly wash them to make sure there is no sand or dirt in them.
Roughly chop the green chillies and crush the garlic.
Now mix all the ingredients in a blender jar and give it a gentle blendfor about a minute or until all the ingredients are thoroughly blended together.
your chutney is ready to be served. Enjoy!



Note: The quantity of green chillies can be altered according to preference, for people who like it spicier more chillies can be added on, or reduced for a milder taste.Your Attractive Heading
